Once we determine your exact needs, the construction of your new custom-designed mobile business begins. While that is happening, you will began the training program that is only available through Stuff In Trucks. Not only will this teach you how to be an effective and successful business owner, but you will also learn how to utilize the technology that we will use to minimize the time working in the backend of the business. You will learn how to use employee management systems, ordering systems, point of sale systems, scheduling apps to book events to attend and more!
You will get support for obtaining all of your certifications required by the State and local offices including (if you have a food truck business) health department or any other appropriate regulatory agency that oversees your business type. We will assist you with creating your legal entity, designing your logo and color palette, designing and sourcing your supplies, uniforms, and creating a menu that will leave customers wanting more!
For local food business in Utah, we have a commissary kitchen (as required by state law) that is available to you. You will learn how to use the facility and do test kitchen tastings in our onsite restaurant. Finally, you will learn how to best utilize the onsite support facilities in the storage area.
